The Tianlong Salmonella Enterica/Shigella Nucleic Acid Multiplex Detection Kit is for the qualitative detection of Salmonella Enterica and Shigella nucleic acid by Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time PCR) method.
It can detect DNA from Salmonella Enterica and Shigella in specimens such as human rectal swab samples or human stool samples collected from individual personnel based on clinical or epidemiological criteria, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of foodborne disease patients, as well as public healthcare management.
