Neisseria Meningitidis Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR Method) P063-563H
Neisseria meningitidis (NM), is a pathogen of epidemic encephalomyelitis (meningitis). Gram-negative cocci are observed in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients in the acute or early stages. Most of them are located in neutrophils and appear to form a double arrangement of kidneys with opposite concave surfaces. Humans are the only host of Neisseria meningitidis, Neisseria meningitidis, as an opportunistic pathogen, often exists in the mucosa of the nasopharyngeal cavity of patients or carriers. lt is mainly transmitted through Fermi directly from the air. lt can cause high morbidity and mortality of cerebrospinal meningitis in both developing and developed countries. However, the pathogenic mechanism of Neisseria meningitidis is not fully understood
Adults have a strong resistance to Neisseria meningitidis, only 1%~2% of the infected population showed meningitis. Children have weak immunity and high incidence after infection. Vulnerable children are usually vaccinated for specific prevention. Neisseria meningitidis can be divided into at least 13 serogroups according to this antigenicity. Groups A, B, C, Y and W-135 are closely related to human diseases. Groups A and C are the main serogroups causing meningitis epidemics.
The key to prevent Neisseria meningitidis infection is to eliminate the source of infection as soon as possible cut off transmission routes and improve the population's immunity. Therefore, rapid and accurate detection of Neisseria meningitidis infection is very important. The Neisseria Meningitidis Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is developed by TianLong Biotechnology which is intended for the rapid and accurate detection of Neisseria meningitidis DNA, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of Neisseria meningitidis disease patients, as well as public healthcare management.
